Cuisinart 18x15 Nonstick Electric Skillet
Cuisinart completes your kitchen with its new countertop appliances. Part of this new series is its large electric skillet with a 15 x 15-in. cooking surface that's big enough for family breakfasts or a large pot roast with vegetables. It has a smooth, brushed stainless steel exterior with solid cast stainless handles. The powerful, 1500 watts heat up fast and maintain the temperature selected for consistent results. A temperature probe adjusts from Warm to 450 degrees, allowing you to fry, saute, braise or simmer. The nonstick cooking surface eliminates the need for excess butter or oil for healthier cooking. Plus, cleanup is even faster. With the temperature probe removed, the entire skillet is dishwasher-safe.
